When is your physical store open?

We are open Monday through Saturday between 10 am and 6 pm. Since our store is in a residential location, We would request shoppers to call and fix a mutually comfortable time for a visit to the store. However, walk-ins are fine too within the set hours.

Where do you ship?

We ship within India and outside too. Depending on the distance we provide the timelines for delivery.

​How can I track my shipment?

When we send the package we share the courier and tracking details with you on WhatsApp and to your mail. You can check the tracker online.

Is assistance provided to make the right choice in your store?

We believe in going beyond selling a saree. When the customer states the requirement we come up with a set of recommendations that will help the customer zero in on a saree of the right choice. Requirements can be shared on Whatsapp too and a collection will be sent to you for browsing and choosing.

Is Nimi’s boutique present in any other city?

We are based in Chennai and have no branches. But we cater to our customers who are based outside Chennai through online orders.  Nimi has customers in the US, Europe, Singapore, Australia, and many other countries.

What is the mode of payment? Please share options.

We have multiple options. In-person purchases can be cash or card. We do not accept cheques. Online purchases can be through bank transfer or GPay. We do not have Cash on Delivery option.

Do you have a policy for return and refund?

We have a robust quality check process. As such we do not have refund claims. Depending on the reason for return or refund we will decide on a mutually beneficial action. Click the link on the footers for Return and cancellation policies. 

Do you also sell saree accessories like in skirts, blouses, and cosmetic jewelry?

We are a specialist in sarees. We curate them from all over India and offer the best of collections to our customers. We do stock blouse pieces but do not sell other items.

Do you assist in tailoring requirements like blouse stitching and saree falls, edges, etc?

We do have a tailoring partner and we take up tailoring orders on a case to case basis.

How do I make payments via Offline?

Offline payments are via GPay/Paytm.  Kindly share a screenshot of your payment to confirm the order and you will receive the invoice accordingly. 

Do you provide special instructions for the maintenance of certain sarees?

We do ensure we tell our customers about first-time dry cleaning, only handwash, separate wash, and such instructions based on the texture and hues of the saree.
