Return Policy

You can apply for a return or exchange only if the Saree or any of our products are damaged. We check for damages before dispatching or selling. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nimisboutique.com requesting an exchange and send your item along with the invoice or proof of purchase to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
Once we approve the exchange, we will get personally in touch with you on our procedure to process the exchange.

No Cancellation Policies.

You can choose another Saree of the same amount. Prior information must be given via a mail to contact@nimisboutique.com

We’ll not be able to entertain requests for refunds at any point.
